0:16:54 – Greg response – Rholang is a transactional query language much like SQL, however Rholang finds the sweet spot between SQL and no-SQL. Gives you all the query goodness and transaction goodness of SQL but applies it to a model that’s much closer to no-SQL. You get the best of both worlds without having a centralized data source – the data source is the entire blockchain. And as such, if you think about the kinds of transaction measures that are typically done on a SQL database, like the TPCC benchmarks, what you are counting are those kinds of transactions as opposed to financial transactions, and for the purposes of storing photographs from the Eve Arnold Foundation, those are the kinds of transactions that we want to measure and what we want to measure in terms of energy efficiency…..
